blaze charts on sonic rush

We have in accordance to popular demand, added score charts on Sonic Rush for Blaze and renamed the old score charts to Sonic.

If you have a score on the old score chart that was for Blaze, please change it to a Sonic score, and add your Blaze score to the correct new chart.
