Hopefully you all had a good Christmas and New Year period, and got the games you wanted. Roll on 2006. What will happen in the gaming industry this year. Will the Playstation 3 show that pure power means the upward 'curve' of success? Will the 'Revolution' really be just that, or will it even launch in 2006? Will the boys and gals at Microsoft be 'spinning' on their heads about the success of the 360? Will we ever get out of the 'loop' of circle references? Only time will tell.
What about Cyberscore in 2006, well for those of you who have not noticed already, your support in keeping the server running would be taken with great gratitude. Our target for the month can be viewed on the right side of the home page.
On to a more lighter note though, two more projects were announced, to sit alongside Cyberscore and Retroscore. The first is VGScores.com, the chance to own a little part of the Cyberscore experience, in your own little custom way. This time, 'you decide the score'. The other is a venture into the realms of internet television, with CyberscoreTV. CyberscoreTV was designed to bring you ,the user with some light entertainment relief from the scoreboard, whether it is reviews, speed runs, or our residential comedian MikkyX trying to be funny to the world.
Most of all though, chill out, enjoy yourself, let the good times roll. This is what Cyberscore is all about, playing fair and having fun. And to twist the words of MikkyX back on the 6th March 2004...
...Cyberscore 3 is the Revolution, regardless of what Nintendo claims :P
Here is the lowdown on what's new, and what has changed since last time.
